Mrs. Kimberly began dancing and performing at an early age and taught classes while in high
school in Minnesota and then while at Luther College, Decorah, Iowa. There she studied Dance and Theatre, producing dance
concerts for beginning and advanced dancers, choreographing musicals, as well as performing regularly and competing in ACDFA.
She attended Xenon Dance and taught Western Swing in Minneapolis, Minnesota before
moving with her husband back to his native Charlotte and starting a family. Locally, Kimberly has performed
with Dance Central while studying Modern dance and music at Central Piedmont Community College. In addition to teaching at HFFA, Mrs. Kimberly assists with local Liturgical dance groups and workshops at
DUMC & Rivers Edge, as well as teaching dance camps at the Lake Norman YMCA, Cornelius Park and Rec., and The
Children's Community School.

With 20 years of performing, choreographing, and teaching experience,
a Bachelor of Arts with a Theatre/Dance Minor, and 3 children of her own, Ms. Kimberly brings a variety of talents to
the classroom.
